Editorial corrections
When a review contains a factual error or an outdated detail, the editorial team relies on reader reports to keep the assessments current. Corrections are verified against the operator’s own published materials before any change is made to the published text. Reports that point to a changed bonus condition, a revised wagering rule or a discontinued promotion carry the most weight, since those details shift most often. The team reviews each submission on its merits and updates the relevant page when the evidence supports the correction.
Operator support matters
Questions about a specific player account, a pending withdrawal, a declined deposit or a bonus that failed to credit belong with the casino’s own support desk. The editorial team does not hold player records, cannot view transaction histories and has no access to the operator’s internal systems. Any attempt to resolve those issues through the review site would only delay the player’s own contact with the people who actually handle the account. The operator alone can confirm a player’s identity, trace a payment and investigate a technical fault on its platform.
For the same reason, the editorial team cannot act as an intermediary in disputes, cannot escalate complaints and cannot influence the operator’s decision on a specific case. The review site’s role ends at describing what the operator offers and how its terms work, not at administering those terms on the player’s behalf.
What the editorial team handles
The team answers questions about the content of the reviews themselves: whether a stated RTP figure matches the game’s published paytable, whether a wagering requirement was transcribed correctly, whether a bonus’s expiry window is described accurately or whether a licence mentioned in the review is still listed as active. Clarification on how a particular term is interpreted, or on why two reviews appear to conflict, also falls within the team’s remit.
Reports of broken links to the operator’s site, screenshots that no longer match the current lobby or a game title that has been removed from the catalogue are all useful submissions. So are notices that a help-organisation mention or an age restriction appears in the wrong place on a given page. The team reads every such report and corrects the page where the report checks out.
Account verification delays, bonus refusals, withdrawal limits and disputed wagering counts are operator matters. The editorial team will not speculate on those outcomes, because it lacks the data to do so faithfully. Direct the operator’s support for those cases, and direct the editorial team only for questions about what the review page states.
